Presentation Specifications
- Research track papers are poster presentations
- Demo submissions are oral presentations
- Poster display space is 48" by 36" (4 ft by 3 ft)
- Booth decoration is up to the discretion of your team
- An academic poster should be prepared in size A0 or 48" by 36". Example Template #1, Example Template #2
- There will be no nearby outlets for monitors
- You may bring a laptop for demo (ensure it is fully charged in advance)
- Demos are welcome!

Submissions must be made by February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM to be considered for paper awards. Final submission deadline is March 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
